I understand how catastrophe is created by small compromises over time
Patients stop exercising. Chemists stop checking labels. Developers write code without testing it completely.
People become indifferent when they feel what they do doesn't matter. They begin to take shortcuts.
In application development, these habits are the cuts that cause businesses to bleed.
Users lose privacy, money, and trust
Companies lose relationships and respect
They die slowly
That's why my approach is grounded in mentorship and relationship
I have always been a teacher — practicing protocols with EMTs, guiding chemists through compliance checklists, and coaching partnerships through the analytical, probabilistic logic of playing Bridge at a national level.
I know students excel when they feel understood. They become accountable for themselves knowing they are safe to voice concerns, and their contributions will make a difference.
This begins by meeting people exactly where they are. I learn to speak their language, and understand what they believe and why they do what they do.
Our relationships allows me to address the root cause of business friction and implement processes that everyone will participate in.
